Owners Charlie and Theresa Hamaty love preparing and serving fine Mediterranean
food to their customers and it shows. They are a constant presence in the restaurant, greeting guests by name, and making all feel welcome with their now-famous brand of hospitality. “Family-owned” really means something here!
They’ll help first-time customers choose the
perfect “new-comer” menu choice, they’ll pull
up a chair and chat with their many customers-
turned-friends, and most of all, they ensure
that everything behind the counter runs
smoothly, efficiently, and turns out consistently
delicious, made-to-order meals. Another
point of pride is their relentless commitment
to food quality and safety — they’ve
consistently earned a sanitation score of 100
or better since opening in June ’08!
Even at the peak of meal-times, and they do
get BUSY, customers know they will get
quick service that fits their lunch break, and
when the dinner hour rolls around, they often
take it outside to enjoy leisurely dining and
conversation on the patio. Indoors, diners
are treated to music and a casual atmosphere
that fit the food and the authenticity of
a true Mediterranean meal.
