Since 2008, Charlies Kabob Grill has been synonymous with Fresh and Healthy Mediterranean Cooking. Charlie Hamaty and his wife Teresa started with his mother's recipes and have evolved their menu to include many of their own. The culture of his homeland of Lebanon is infused into his meals by his love of cooking and many days he can be found sitting with his customers laughing and eating together!

Charlie travels to Lebanon every year and brings back an array of fresh aromatic mediterranean spices and new recipes from back home!
