Since 2008, Charlie's Kabob Grill has been synonymous with fresh and healthy Mediterranean cooking right here in Wake Forest, NC. What started as a passion for sharing authentic Lebanese flavors has grown into a beloved community institution.

Our menu is rooted in family-owned recipes passed down through generations, and we've evolved them to create dishes that are uniquely ours. The culture of Lebanon is infused into every meal — and many days, you can find Charlie himself sitting with his customers, laughing and eating together.

Charlie travels to Lebanon every year, bringing back an array of fresh aromatic Mediterranean spices and exciting new recipes from back home. This commitment to authenticity is what makes every bite at Charlie's taste a little like a trip to Beirut.
